Our client is Japanese company they are leading's Flexible packaging product. we are now looking for potential candidate for;

Position:                           Production Manager

Location:                          Amata City Chonburi

Business Type:                Flexible packaging            

Salary:                               50,000- 70,000 THB              

Responsibilities:

• Manage and control to ensure the production of all section for achieve target.

• Manage by use SQCDMS.

• Establish resource requirements to meet production targets.

• Maintain the production targets of quality, productivity, cost effectiveness and delivery.

• Improve production performance KPI and control cost of production.

• To ensure the participation of all sub-ordinates in the company’s quality concern and problem solving strategies.

• To operate and enforce the Productive Process, including 5S, Kaizen, etc.

• Provide an environment where all employees can develop their skills to meet the demands of the business.

• Maintain all working standards such as ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001, ISO2200 GMP HACCP and Kaizen activity.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• At least 10 year experience in Production fields and strong in manpower management.
• Can communicate in Japanese will be advantage.
