A bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited institution is required. Three years of progressive experience in a specialized field will be considered in lieu of years of education.
10+ years of experience in the information technology field.

6+ years of experience in Java development and maintenance. Spoken, written and spoken Japanese (native or native equivalent – N2 or N1 level required). Business English is essential.

Recommended Qualifications

3+ years of experience with Springboot. Experience with legacy modernization programs is a plus.
10+ years of experience in the financial services industry (preferably in manufacturing).  
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.  
Experience with the software development lifecycle.  
Ability to work in a team in a diverse stakeholder environment  
. Experience and motivation in a global delivery environment.  
Japanese: Fluent Japanese at N1 level and business-level English are required.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 3  years  of experience in Springboot. Experience in Legacy Modernization programs is a positive.
• At least 10  years  of experience in Financial Services Background - preferably Manufacturing domain.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in software development life cycle
• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.

Japanese languages: Fluent  level Japanese (N1) and business level English required.
