技術営業マネージャーとして、バイオプロセス分野の製品とソリューションを提供し、顧客のニーズを理解し最適な提案を行います。本ポジションは、営業チームを牽引し、事業成長に貢献する重要な役割を担います。

職務内容
- 約３名の技術営業チームをリードし、バイオプロセス関連製品の売上目標の達成を推進
- チームのパフォーマンスを管理し、メンバーの目標達成を支援する
- 市場動向や競合分析を行い、新規ビジネスの機会を特定し、事業拡大の戦略を策定する
- 顧客の要望を分析し、最適なソリューションを提案する
