• 毎月のABSサービサーレポートや関連書類の作成・提出
• ABSプログラムのパフォーマンス分析、財務戦略支援
• 新規ABS取引のサポート（データ準備、ドキュメント管理、関係者とのやりとりなど）
• ABSレポートや関連データを適切に管理・提出するため、関係部署・外部関係者と連携すること
• ストラクチャードファイナンス関連のデータの管理・分析、キャッシュフローや流動性管理支援
• 国内外の財務・経理ステークホルダーへの社内報告
  

Join a global financial services firm as a Treasury Operations Specialist, supporting ABS (Asset-Backed Securities) operations, portfolio analysis, and structured finance reporting. This hybrid role is ideal for candidates with financial services experience looking to expand their skills in structured finance, data analysis, and treasury processes in a collaborative international environment.

• Prepare and submit monthly ABS servicer reports and regulatory documentation
• Conduct portfolio performance analysis for ABS programs and treasury strategy support
• Assist in new ABS deal execution including data prep, documentation, and coordination
• Collaborate with internal and external teams for timely ABS reporting and audit readiness
• Maintain structured finance data for cash flow, liquidity, and debt management
• Deliver updates to treasury and finance stakeholders across regional offices

必須条件 経験・知識：

• 銀行、証券会社など、金融業界経験3年以上
• または財務関連の実務業務2年以上
• Excel、PowerPoint、VBA
• 財務データやレポートシステムを扱う基礎的な知識・スキル

• モチベーションが高く、新しい知識やツールをどんどん自分で身につけていける方
• チームワーク、部署全体の目標を理解してそのために率先して動ける方

• 日本語：流暢
• 英語：上級ビジネスレベル

• 証券化、SAP、Moody's Suiteの知識・使用経験大いに歓迎
• ストラクチャードファイナンスやトレジャリー関連の経験
• 多文化環境やクロスファンクショナルなチームでの業務経験

• 世界的な金融機関でABS・ストラクチャードファイナンスの専門スキルを学べます

• Minimum 3 years in banking, securities, or financial services, or 2+ years in a related professional role

• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and VBA
• Comfortable handling financial data and treasury reporting tools

• Self-motivated, proactive, and collaborative
• Able to learn new systems and contribute to department-wide goals

• Japanese: Fluent
• English: Intermediate to Business level

• Knowledge of securitization, SAP, or Moody's Suite is highly preferred
• Experience in a structured finance or treasury environment
• Cross-functional communication in multicultural teams
