- 法人顧客向けITサービスプロジェクトの計画・実行・管理
- 顧客および技術チームとの連携によるプロジェクト推進と課題管理
- 定例会議の運営、議事録作成、リスク管理
- 社内リソースや外部ベンダー、顧客との調整・調整役としてのコミュニケーション強化
- プロジェクト成果物の管理と顧客への最終説明・承認取得
