Take on a high-impact opportunity to lead strategic digital initiatives at Japan's largest internet service company. As a Project Manager, you'll oversee end-to-end project delivery across eCommerce, Fintech, and large-scale platforms. Collaborate with global teams, drive cross-functional execution, and shape the future of Japan's digital services.

• Manage full project lifecycle from initiation through delivery
• Align project scope, timelines, and budget with strategic goals
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure success
• Develop project plans, timelines, and progress reports using PM tools
• Identify and mitigate risks, and provide updates to key stakeholders

必須条件経験・知識：

• IT・デジタル分野でのプロジェクトマネジメント経験5年以上
• JIRA、MS Project、ConfluenceなどのPMツールを使いこなせること

• 多様なチームをまとめるリーダーシップと調整力

• 日本語：ビジネスレベル
• 英語：ビジネスレベル

• PMPまたはPRINCE2の資格
• アジャイル/Scrum環境での経験
• EC、フィンテック、大規模なデジタルプラットフォームに携わった経験
• スピード感のある環境で複数のプロジェクトを同時に回した経験
• 多文化・グローバルチームにおけるステークホルダーマネジメント能力

• 5+ years in IT or digital project management
• Proven experience handling cross-functional project delivery

• Skilled in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project

• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management

• Japanese: Intermediate to Business level
• English: Intermediate to Business level

• PMP or PRINCE2 certification
• Experience in Agile or Scrum environments
• Familiarity with eCommerce, Fintech, or enterprise-scale digital platforms
• Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced global teams
