国内及びクロスボーダーのM&A、合弁会社設立、資本提携、グループ内再編、事業売却に関わるコンサルティング業務をご担当いただきます。

職務内容
・M&A戦略策定・新規事業戦略策定
・ビジネスデューデリジェンス
・ディール（M&A、資本提携及び資金調達）アドバイザリー
・M&A後の統合（PMI）における統合計画策定、統合プロジェクトマネジメント、事業戦略・計画策定、ガバナンス・組織設計、経営管理プロセス構築、組織文化の融合、オペレーション改善等
条件・待遇
完全週休2日制（休日は土日祝日）
年間有給休暇2日〜20日（下限日数は、入社直後の付与日数となります）
年間休日日数120日
有給休暇（入社初年度の日数は、入社月によって変動あり）、年末年始休暇（12/29〜1/3）、特別連続休暇（年間2日連続で取得可）、その他結婚・出産等の就業規則上定められた休暇
