<業務内容>
工業用プラスチック製品を手がける、1960年代創業の老舗メーカーにてIRの業務を担って頂きます。
革新的な発想と技術で、見えないところからモビリティ社会を支える企業です。
具体的には
- 経営戦略に沿ったIR戦略の立案および実行
- 決算説明会や投資家面談の企画・運営
- 決算説明資料や統合報告書などのIR資料作成
- 株主・投資家からの問い合わせ対応
- 財務、経営企画、ESG推進室など社内関連部門との連携
- IRサイト（Web）のコンテンツ管理
- 他社のIR活動・開示内容の調査・分析
- 経営陣と投資家をつなぐ情報発信の中核として、企業価値の訴求と透明性向上に貢献

・社内外との円滑なコミュニケーションができる方
・英語での読み書き・会話に抵抗のない方（海外投資家対応あり）
・PCスキル（Word, Excel, PowerPointは必須）
