COMPANY OVERVIEW

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee and manage various aspects of loan operations, including credit monitoring, processing credit applications, conducting KYC/AML investigations, and generating internal reports. This also involves leading, performing tasks directly, and reviewing work as a checker.
Coordinate daily loan operations and deal closings with internal back-office and treasury teams.
Conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) investigations and reporting for both new and existing client accounts.
Manage ongoing credit monitoring and produce annual rating review reports.
Analyze investor data to support the credit application process for fund finance transactions.
Handle credit application processes for changes of condition or waivers related to fund finance transactions.
Prepare diverse internal performance and accounting reports for the Singapore Branch and TKO Head Office.
Lead fund finance initiative projects and facilitate their implementation.
Manage communications during audits and develop corrective actions.
Undertake additional tasks as assigned by management.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Finance with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
Strong sense of responsibility, accountability, leadership, and ownership in managing a portfolio management team.
Proven experience in loan operations (either back or middle office functions) within a banking environment.
Solid grasp of banking products and culture, coupled with keen attention to detail.
Robust analytical and writing abilities for producing comprehensive credit analysis reports.
Excellent multi-tasking skills to precisely meet diverse transactional deadlines.
Ability to thrive in a small team setting, demonstrating strong teamwork and cultural sensitivity.
Exceptional communication and coordination skills for engaging effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
Proactive and highly motivated individual passionate about contributing value to a developing business.
Familiarity with policies and procedures across areas like credit, employment, compliance, and conduct.
