Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute daily, ad-hoc, and shutdown maintenance activities safely, efficiently, and within budget.
Supervise and mentor a team of seniors/superintendents.
Review and evaluate maintenance planning documents and execution strategies.
Develop and update maintenance procedures and work instructions.
Collaborate on data analysis of critical equipment to recommend improvements and ensure ISO compliance.
Support and coordinate Shutdown Maintenance (SDM) and statutory inspections.
Provide technical support to internal teams and external vendors.
Lead troubleshooting efforts and implement effective countermeasures.
Propose and drive improvement initiatives and engineering projects.
Execute minor modification works, focusing on electrical and instrumentation.
Conduct technical training and toolbox briefings.
Coordinate with stakeholders for maintenance and continuous improvement projects.
Requirements:
Degree in Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechatronics Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in petrochemical or pharmaceutical industries.
Strong technical knowledge of plant electrical equipment, process instruments, PLCs, and packaging systems.
Skilled in troubleshooting and maintenance execution.
Independent, proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks and leading teams.
A degree in any Engineering discipline.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar industry preferred.
Fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome to apply.
Outgoing personality with the ability to work independently.
Solid understanding of general market trends and dynamics.
Strong marketing strategy and analytical skills.
Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
