日本の自動車部品メーカーが、フランクフルト近郊にあるオフィスにて営業アシスタントを募集しています。なお、今回バックオフィス部門にて経理・総務/営業アシスタントをそれぞれ募集するため、配属についてはご希望および適性によって選考の中で相談させて頂く形となります。
職務内容
顧客からの注文確認および請求書作成
デリバリー業務（輸出入および配送マネジメント）
売上記録や販売価格の更新
一部経理アシスタント業務のバックアップ（会計事務所との連携など）
一部総務アシスタント業務のバックアップ（駐在員サポート、ITまわりや郵送物手配など）
応募要件
ビジネスレベルの英語力およびドイツ語、日本語あれば尚可
営業サポート関連の実務経験ある方歓迎
少人数体制のなかでチームワークを重視し、フレキシブルに動ける方
福利厚生
就労時間 8：30-17:30を基本（週40時間、フレックス、コアタイム9:30-16:30）
試用期間終了後、週2日まで在宅勤務可（ハイブリッド式）
有給休暇 年間30日
通勤交通費支給あり（公共交通機関）
勤務地 Neu-Isenburg（車での通勤可）
