現在、事業拡大を支えるために、購買業務または食品業界での経験を持つ、積極的かつ細部に配慮できるプロフェッショナルを募集しています。
＜主な業務内容＞営業部門と連携し、販売予測や顧客のフィードバックに基づいて発注計画を立てる
在庫および販売状況を管理し、特に肉類や野菜の適切なタイミングと数量での発注を行う
サプライヤーと交渉し、最良の価格と条件を確保する
市場動向を調査し、営業部門と連携して新商品の導入を検討する
サプライヤーとの関係を構築・管理し、ビジネス目標の達成を支援する
技術部門と協力し、食品安全および法令遵守を確保する
ERPシステムに正確な商品データを収集・管理する
品質、納品、輸入手配に関する問題を解決する
担当商品の定期的なレビューを行い、課題を特定・対応する
学士号取得が望ましい
関連業務での実務経験2年以上
Excelを含むPCスキル必須。SAPの使用経験があれば尚可
英語および中国語（北京語）に堪能であること。広東語・日本語ができれば尚可
購買業務または食品業界での経験がある方歓迎
