Job Descriptions

• Responsible for the transition of new products and processes from engineering to manufacturing and supply chain.

• Responsible for all manufacturing test equipment and fixtures setup, maintenance, calibration, evaluation, and troubleshooting.

• Responsible for Customer product test method, evaluation, enhancement and RMA test failure analysis.

• Manage test yield, up time performance, capacity analysis, root cause analysis, improvements, and debug Work In Progress (WIP) inventories.

• Assist Technicians in developing testers operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and product debugging methods and skillsets. 

Job Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or equivalent.

• Minimum 5 year(s) of working experience in PCBA/Box System manufacturing or Test Engineering, preferable from EMS background.

• Familiar with ESS/HASS chamber and capable of creating a test profile, test fixture/rack based on customer test specification

• Experience in analog and digital circuit theory, statistical analysis tools

• Capable of performing failure analysis at system level down to device electronics boards.

• Knowledge of operating the basic test instruments such as digital oscilloscope, LCR meter, spectrum analyzers etc.

•  Capable of learning and understanding from Customer Test documentation, Schematic, Drawing, CAD file, component datasheets etc.
