Job Description
New Product Introduction Manager
Location: Bac Ninh, Vietnam
Key Responsibilities:
Manage NPI projects from concept to mass production, ensuring timely and successful launches.
Coordinate with engineering, production, sourcing, and quality teams to execute project plans.
Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure manufacturability and readiness.
Develop and manage project schedules, resources, and risk mitigation plans.
Lead process validation and support engineering change management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
Minimum 5 years of NPI or project management experience in a manufacturing environment.
Solid understanding of product lifecycle, DFM/DFA, and ramp-up processes.
Strong project coordination and communication skills.
English fluency required
