Job Description
Job Title: Quality Manager
Location: Bac Ninh, Vietnam
Our client is a global leader in designing and manufacturing high-performance interconnect systems for industries such as automotive, aerospace, industrial, and consumer electronics, with strong operations in Vietnam and other key hubs.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage overall quality control processes, ensuring compliance with internal and customer standards.
Lead quality audits, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions.
Oversee implementation of quality systems such as ISO and IATF.
Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers on quality improvement initiatives.
Support product launches and engineering changes from a quality perspective.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management in manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of quality tools and systems (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, etc.).
Good problem-solving and communication skills.
English proficiency required.
