OVERVIEW
A leading global manufacturer in the interconnect industry
Location: Bac Ninh
Industry: Electronics / Manufacturing
Responsibilities
Plan and execute CSR programs aligned with global and local strategies
Organize charity events, community outreach, and employee volunteer activities
Track and report ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) metrics
Collaborate with internal departments to promote sustainable practices
Build partnerships with NGOs, local authorities, and community stakeholders
Prepare CSR reports and presentations for internal and external use
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Environmental Studies, Social Sciences, or related field
5-7 years of experience in CSR or sustainability roles
Strong communication skills in both Vietnamese and English
Project management and teamwork skills
Experience in a manufacturing or multinational environment is a plus
