データエンジニアとして、レポートの品質向上と業務効率化を目的に、エンジニアリングチームと連携しながら、ビジネスの意思決定を支えるデータ活用基盤の構築に貢献いただきます。

• 自社のレポート・サービスの継続的改善や保守に関する報告書の作成
• レポーティング・ライフサイクルを自動化するため、生データを実用的なインサイトに変換すること
• 自社の高度なレポートサービスに関するデータ分析、レポートや財務諸表の構築・自動化
• 既存のデータとレポートプロセスのギャップ分析
• レポート自動化のパイプラインやサービスの開発・サポート
• レポート生成ワークフローのモニタリング、ファーストライン・サポートの提供
• ステークホルダーと連携し、ツール改善や生データからのインサイト抽出を支援すること
• その他、プラットフォーム全体にわたるデータエンジニアリングの取り組みに貢献すること

Join one of Japan's leading fintech companies as a Data Engineer and play a key role in building automated reporting solutions that drive critical business decisions. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to transform raw data into actionable insights while enhancing and maintaining a robust reporting infrastructure. Candidates must reside in Japan with a valid work visa.

• Create and maintain reporting services to support financial data operations
• Automate reporting pipelines to deliver timely insights to stakeholders
• Convert raw datasets into meaningful reports and dashboards
• Conduct gap analysis on existing data and reporting workflows
• Monitor report generation and provide first-line operational support
• Collaborate across teams to refine data tools and improve reporting capabilities

必須条件 経験・知識：

• ソフトウェア開発またはデータ処理の実務経験3年以上

• Java、Python上級
• SQLを使いこなせること
• RDBMS、Elasticsearchなどのデータストレージ技術の使用経験
• Scala、Kafkaがわかること
• フィンテック業界や経理・会計分野の経験・知識
• 日本の就労許可

• 英語：ビジネスレベル以上（必須）

• パフォーマンスチューニングの知識があれば尚可
• SDLC（システム開発ライフサイクル）の知識
• データライフサイクル管理やシステム統合の知見

• 3+ years in software development or data processing roles

• Hands-on experience with report automation and financial statement generation

• Proficiency in Java, Python, and SQL
• Familiarity with RDBMS, Elasticsearch, and optionally Scala, Kafka
• Understanding of SDLC practices and performance tuning

• Strong communication and documentation abilities
• Detail-oriented and proactive problem-solving approach

• Japanese: Basic level
• English: Fluent

• Experience working in fintech or accounting-related domains
• Knowledge of data lifecycle management and system integration
