• Lead backend development using Java for critical financial platforms
• Collaborate with architects and analysts to define technical solutions
• Design and implement multithreaded components and optimize system performance
• Conduct unit and integration testing, ensure code quality
• Troubleshoot, deploy, and support applications in production environments

• 6+ years of professional Java development experience, ideally in banking or financial services
• Strong understanding of multithreading, concurrency, and performance tuning
• Experience in full SDLC from design to deployment and post-release support
• Familiar with enterprise-level frameworks and messaging (e.g., JMS, Kafka, etc.)
• Independent, hands-on engineer who can manage their own scope with minimal supervision
