■業務内容
具体的には以下業務を想定しています。まずは株主総会や重要会議体などの運営を中心にお任せしつつ、将来的には、ガバナンス改革の戦略策定や企画に関わっていただくことも可能です。
（１）株主総会の運営
（２）社内重要会議の運営（取締役会、指名・報酬委員会、経営会議 等）
（３）コーポレートガバナンスに係る情報開示（CG報告書、統合報告書 等）
（４）PMIから、モニタリング、Exitに至る各プロセスにおけるグループ会社の商業登記、株主総会、配当、その他の会社法関連手続きの管理・支援
（５）当社およびグループ会社の決裁や、コーポレートガバナンスにかかる規程の管理、社内規程の統括

・コーポレートガバナンスの企画、推進のご経験
・グローバルに事業展開する企業での総務・法務・経営管理・内部統制等のバックオフィス経験
