・経営権移行に伴い、既存システムをサポートしながら新会計システムの導入をリードする
・新システム導入プロジェクト終了後はスムーズな運用をリードする
・ビジネスサイドからの業務リクエストを収集、要件を定義、ベンダーマネジメントを行 う
・ユーザーテストを計画し実施する（UATケース作成、テスト参加）
・サブプロジェクトのマネジメント
※出張が不定期、月1回程度発生します

Required Skills
■必須条件
・会計知識（総勘定元帳/売掛金/ 買掛金）
・ERP・受発注システムの運用経験３年以上
・複雑なビジネス要件を分析し、技術的ソリューションに変換する能力
・チームワーク、ファシリテーション、ネゴシエーションを含む対人スキル
・独立して働き、自発的に動きプロジェクトやサポート活動を遂行する能力
・優れた企画力と実行力
■尚可条件
・SAPの知識・使用経験
・ERPにおける在庫管理経験（業界は問わず）
