【仕事内容】
■同社グループのインドネシア現地法人において製造業務又は管理業務全般（ガバナンス、業績管理、経理財務など）の管理者として赴任を予定しています。
■本社と現地法人とのパイプ役となり、本社各部門と連携して現地法人にて指導を行っていただきます。
■上記に加えて、日本へのレポーティング業務を行っていただきます。
■職務遂行状況などに応じて、将来的に現地社長や工場長などのポジションへの昇格もあります。
※同社の海外統括事業部門（東京支社）にて一定期間（数か月から1年程度、要望等も考慮）勤務いただき、同社グループの事業理解を深めた上で現地法人へ出向いただくことを想定しています。
【国内勤務時業務】
・グループの海外事業の方針の習得
・海外会社のガバナンス、事業管理等に関するルール等の理解
・赴任先会社の事業詳細の理解
・採用者の経験、技量等に応じて、必要であれば国内工場での研修 など
