職務概要：
L＋G管理のシステムにおけるインフラ・サーバ部分の構築方法の検討を行い、プロジェクトリーダと協調しながら構築ステップのデザインを行い、実施遂行する。各ステップの作業実施について責任を持ち、関連するステークホルダに自身の検討した内容を説明し、合意形成を行い、実施遂行プランを作成し、合意のもとに実施遂行する必要がある。また実施にあたり、ビジネスパートナを含む作業チームを組織し、作業チームメンバを指揮、作業遂行ができること。
主な職務内容及び責任範囲：
・サーバ系設備構築方法の検討提案
・サーバ系設備構築に関係するステークホルダマネジメント
・メンバをリードし合意形成したプランを実施、進捗管理する。

Required Skills
必須のスキル・知識・経験及び年数：
・ 5 年以上のプロジェクトマネジメントの経験
・ 2 年以上のインフラ構築案件のリード経験
・ Hyper Conversed Infrastructure 構築・設計の経験、Linux/Windows サーバー構築設計の経験、
TCP/IP 通信の基礎知識
・ 課題解決・合意形成の活動において、顧客対面の役割を1 年以上経験
・ チームメンバを指揮し、作業計画・実施指揮を行った経験
・ 英語による会話（メール・チャット）
