主に以下の業務を数名～十数名のチームで推進していきます。
・顧客ヒアリング/要件定義等の上流工程支援
ブリッジエンジニアとして顧客職場に駐在し顧客の課題や要求をヒアリングする業務
出張ベースで当社開発事務所と顧客職場を往来し、課題や要求の実現方式を調査、検討、
提案、決定していく要件定義業務。
・システム設計・ソフトウェア開発 （言語：C/C++/C#/Ada/VBA/JavaScript等）
設計を効率化するツールの開発及び航空・防衛関連の搭載系/地上系装置のソフトウェア
方式設計、詳細設計、製造、単体試験、結合試験、適格性確認試験
入社後一定期間、指導役の社員によるOJTにて、ソフトウェア開発プロセス、開発環境及び開発手法を身に着けていただくほか、必要に応じて技術講座による教育を実施します。
また、現プロジェクトメンバーに同行し、顧客との会話や提案に必要となる経験・知識もつけていただけるように教育するなどフォロー体制を整えておりますのでチャレンジしたい方からの応募をお待ちしております。

Required Skills
【必須経験】
・C/C++/C#/Ada、VBA、JavaScript、Pythonいずれかを用いた開発経験（3年以上）
・TOEIC 500点程度以上の英語力をお持ちの方
【歓迎要件】
・IEEE15288 ARP4754 DO 178C/254/330 UAF NAF MagicGrid等の標準規格の知識
・英語を用いた技術折衝経験
