ご入社後、原則6か月以上、世界で需要が高まる高出力無停電電源装置（UPS）に関して学んでいただきます（大阪本社を拠点に、関東の事業会社や海外への出張の可能性あり）。その後、海外駐在員としての適性を判断させていただいた上で、シンガポールに駐在し、プロジェクトマネージャーとしてプロジェクトの管理・遂行に携わっていただくことを想定しております。
【具体期には】
・営業からのスケジュールを基に調整
・購買部門や工事業者との納入・設置時期の確認
・経理と費用の入出金状況の確認
・プロジェクトチームをまとめて期限内に完了
・問題解決力やリーダーシップが必要
・複数プロジェクトの進捗を把握・管理
