We are seeking a dedicated and experienced IT Manager to oversee our technology infrastructure ensure seamless operations and support digital transformation initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have a balance of technical expertise and leadership skills to support our growing business needs while managing a small team taking initiative and proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

・ IT Infrastructure Management: Oversee the company’s IT systems networks and software to ensure optimal performance and security.

・ Digital Transformation: Identify and implement cutting edge technologies to improve operational efficiency and business growth.

・ Cybersecurity Risk Management: Implement security protocols and safeguard company data against potential threats.

・ System Upgrades Maintenance: Evaluate and upgrade software hardware and cloud systems to support business growth.

・ Technical Support: Provide hands on troubleshooting and support to employees for IT related issues.

・ Project Management: Lead IT related projects including system migrations software implementations and process improvements.

・ Vendor Budget Management: Work with third party vendors manage IT budgets and negotiate cost effective solutions.

・ Team Leadership: Train and support IT staff and foster a culture of innovation and efficiency.

・ Compliance Best Practices: Maintain IT governance adhere to privacy laws and ensure compliance with industry standards.

・ Experience: 3 5 years of IT management experience preferably in a small/medium multinational company environment.

・ Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of network administration cybersecurity cloud computing Microsoft Power Platforms （BI Automate Apps） AI Tools and ERP （e.g. iScala Microsoft Dynamics）.

・ Self Motivation Independence: Demonstrated ability to work autonomously take initiative and drive IT improvements without the need for close supervision.

・ Leadership Communication: Ability to manage a team collaborate with cross departments and communicate IT solutions effectively.

・ Problem Solving: Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills with a strategic mindset.

・ Language: Proficiency in Japanese English both spoken and written.
