・ ソフトウェアアプリケーション問題・ハードウェア障害のトラブルシューティングおよび問題解決
・ 改修リリース版の検証・デプロイメント及び操作手順作成・各環境へインストール
・ グローバルメンバー含む他チームとの連携し、問題及び課題解決の実施
・ お客様への報告・提案

Required Skills
必須のスキル・知識・経験及び年数：
・ システム開発、ITエンジニアとしての実務経験（３年以上）
・ ITIL基本知識を持って、ミッションクリティカルなシステムの扱い経験
・ Redhat Linux／Windows OSの基本ログ解析
・ Microsoft .Netベースアプリケーションのログ解析
・ アプリケーションデータベース（オラクル、Postgres）にてクエリを実行し、調査に必要な情報の抽出経験
・ 基本ネットワーク知識（DNS、IP、ping、traceroute等）、パケットキャプチャなどを取得し、調査できること
・ 障害発生時に東京都内のオンサイトへ駆けつけ が可能であること
・ 多様性のある環境・英語でのコミュニケーションに抵抗がないこと
