楽天市場全体のシニアプロダクトマネージャーとして下記の業務となります。
・事業部からの企画案を事業と一緒に議論し、ビジネス要件、システム要件の明確化を行い、楽天市場全体のシステム要件の定義をします。
・市場の状況、各種KPI、ユーザー・店舗の声などをもとに、進化・改善の方向性を決定します。
・プロジェクトの進化・改善ロードマップを作成し、バックログの管理を行います。
・上記を進めるにあたり、幅広い関係者とコミュニケーションをとり、認識を合わせつつ、大型プロジェクトを推進します。
