Job Description
- サービスセンターにおける業務開発および業務を深堀し、顧客ニーズの把握、日常的な関係の維持、日々の
- 需要の確保を通じて、ビジネス収益の向上を図る
- サービスセンターの担当エリアにおける顧客関連のフォローアップと把握、市場調査および業務遂行能力の分析に基づいて、顧客開拓および深堀戦略を調整する責任を担う
- サービスセンターにおける業務の標準化の導入を担当し、サービス品質の継続的な向上、荷物の時間通りの配
- 達および安全性の確保に努める
- サービスセンターにおける内外のリスク管理を担当し、業務運営および安全管理の強化に努める
