職務内容
シンジケートローンの組成業務（主に国内シンジケートローンに関わるアレンジメント、ディストリビューション等）
・国内外の金融機関とのリレーション構築。投資家とのリレーションにより、ローンの枠組みを超えたビジネス構築も可能です。
・リコース～ノンリコースローンなど多種多様なシンジケートローン組成。組成規模も様々な規模感のシンジケートローンに携わることが可能です。
担当していただく業務としては、下記を主な軸としてビジネス推進を行ってもらう予定です。
①借入人との交渉、タームシート作成などアレンジ業務全般
②投資家招聘業務などディストリビューション業務全般
③投資家とのリレーション構築
④金融機関との新規ビジネスの構築（共同アレンジ、流動化案件など）
