イギリス・フランスを含む海外15か国280店舗以上、日本国内でも145店舗を展開する日本の大手グローバルラーメンチェーンが、2025年夏に新たにスペイン・バルセロナでの店舗OPENを予定しています。今回、オープニングスタッフとなるキッチンマネジャー(m/f/d)を募集しています。
職務内容
- 仕入、発注管理および本社商品開発部とのコミュニケーション
- ロスター（シフト）管理
- Standard Operating Procedure（標準作業手順書）に従ったキッチン業務およびキッチンオペレーション管理業務
- スペイン食品安全衛生基準に副ったキッチンオペレーションの運営および管理
応募要件
- 会話レベル以上のスペイン語、ビジネスレベル以上の英語力ある方歓迎
- ラーメン業態または日本食レストラン等でのキッチン業務経験（実際の調理経験必須）
- スペイン居住歴があり、スペインで就業可能なビザをお持ちの方
- スペインにおける食品安全衛生に関する知識/理解のある方歓迎
