Job Responsibilities

• Stay updated with the latest networking technologies, industry standards, and best practices.
• Provide hands-on technical support and troubleshooting for network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
• Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to resolve complex network issues and implement new solutions.
• Monitor network performance and security, proactively identifying and resolving potential issues.
• Maintain detailed documentation of network configurations, procedures, and system changes.
• Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

Job Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience in network administration or related roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Strong understanding of LAN/WAN architecture, MPLS, SD-WAN, VLANs, VPN technologies (PPTP, L2TP, IPSec, SSL), and network segmentation.
• Experience with network monitoring tools such as SolarWinds or Zabbix.
• Familiarity with SEM/SIEM systems, intrusion detection/prevention, and TLS/SSL encryption technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco Meraki products and dashboard.
• Proven expertise in configuring and managing Cisco, Fortinet, and Sophos devices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, Fortinet NSE are highly desirable.
• Experience in IT security and risk management focused on performance and reliability.
• Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in using MS Visio for network diagramming.
• High level of integrity and commitment to service excellence.
