職務内容
ブレーキ部門の営業マネージャー～シニアマネージャーとして、下記業務をお任せします。
■日系メーカー6社向けとの関係構築（見積作成・コスト交渉・納入調整・クレーム対応）
■工場側とのコーディネート業務
■予算策定＆推進
■タイ人部下1名のマネジメント
※ブレーキはタイ国内別工場で生産されているため、月に1度ほどは工場へ出張の可能性あり。
※顧客訪問や工場訪問はドライバー付き社用車での移動となる予定。
※将来的には全社的に行われている基幹システム統一プロジェクトのサポートも行っていただく可能性あり。
応募要件
【必須要件】
■自動車部品のルート営業経験
└既存顧客との関係構築が重要なため
■英語 日常会話レベル以上 （ビジネスレベルであれば尚良し）
■自ら考え行動することができる方
【歓迎条件】
■システム導入のプロジェクト管理経験をお持ちの方
（現在、全社で基幹システム統一プロジェクトが動いているため）
