Job Description
OVERVIEW
A leading global manufacturer in the interconnect industry
Location: The North of Vietnam
Industry: Electronics / Manufacturing
Reports to: General Manager
Responsibilities
Lead overall plant operations, including P&L, people, and strategic direction
Drive continuous improvement across all functions
Work with clients to ensure product development timelines and standards are met
Optimize organizational structure and operational processes
Implement KPI-driven management and stretch targets across departments
Promote lean manufacturing, quality improvement, and cost reduction initiatives
Ensure compliance with global standards
Support expansion into new markets
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years in manufacturing leadership, preferably in telecom, electronics, or mechanical parts
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering (or related fields)
- Proven experience building and scaling manufacturing organizations
- Strong background in ISO standards, lean, Six Sigma and continuous improvement
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and driving operational excellence
- Strong leadership and team motivation skills
- Cross-cultural communication and collaboration abilities
- High energy, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities
