Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end project management, including initial scoping, detailed planning, resource coordination, execution, deployment, and post-launch support.
• Collaborate effectively with internal departments and external vendors to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Guide project teams with strategic insight, promoting proactive planning and timely decision-making.
• Apply creative problem-solving to technical challenges, converting business needs into actionable project strategies.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation such as work breakdown structures (WBS), progress reports, and risk/issue logs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience managing IT projects.
• Prior involvement in IT implementations related to systems, cybersecurity, or networking is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills to effectively define project scope and lead cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated expertise in project planning, scheduling, stakeholder communication, issue resolution, change control, and risk mitigation.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Skilled in documenting workflows and producing clear, organized reports.
