Job Description
- Our client is a reputable player in the Packaging industry
- Responsible for R&D, improving products and technological processes.
- Understand the layout of the R&D Department, working closely with other relevant departments.
- Control the operational goals of the R&D Department
- Troubleshooting - Identify the problems for each process: Printing, film blowing, dry lamination, extrusion, bag making, etc.
- Build & manage the plan for the R&D Team
- Profound knowledge of plastic material
- Understanding of quality standards and regulations related to plastic packaging
- Leadership skills
- English is a must
