Job Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, and networking equipment.
- Manage and optimize cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Implement system automation and monitoring solutions for performance optimization.
- Configure and maintain firewalls, VPNs, and network security policies.
- Install, configure, and maintain Linux and Windows servers.
- Manage database performance, backups, and recovery procedures.
- Provide Level 2/3 support for IT infrastructure issues.
Job Requirements
- English: Intermediate
- Not high IT skills required but a person who is eager to learn about skill
- Preferred but not required experience: PC setup, NAS, Access Point, Router, Switch, Server, Cloud Services, CCTV, MS365, Network design, IT maintenance
- Preferred strong communication skills.
- There may occasionally be work on weekends or during late-night hours. Replacement leave or overtime pay will be provided..
