Job Description
- Attend trade fair to represent company's products and increase customer base.
- Increase product offerings with existing customers and inform customers about deals and promotions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationship.
- Understand client needs and provide product recommendations and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication.
- Process customer orders and requests
- Collaborate with stock and R&D teams for order fulfillment.
- Follow-up on customer requests and provide support.
- Update sales figures and filing system, as well as assist in improving procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
- At least 3 years of experience in Sales & Marketing or Customer Service role for trading business, preferably in Jewelry or Fashion.
- Good English skills (able to deal with oversea customers)
- Service-minded, Precise, Reliable.
- Proficient in MS Office.
