Job Description
Staff/Sr. Staff (SMT Process engineer)
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science in related fields.
- Have experience at least 2 years in PCB assembly background.
- Knowledge and understanding about PCB production process.
- Skill: SMT process technology and can improve SMT and AOI programs through productivity enhancement activities.
- Able to make soldering technology and IPC-A-610 appearance standard judgments
- Able to divide production processes based on PCB drawings and BOM, and create work instructions and procedures for the production processes.
- Good English is have TOEIC 440 score up would be advantage.
- Have experience in Mounting machine Panasonic brand is plus.
Responsibilities
- Production preparation for new projects (Assembly) / Work instruction creation
- Mass production support and maintenance for PCBs (Assembly)
- Jig design
- SEQCD improvements (Quality enhancement and operation rate improvement)
- Development and maintenance of electrical DX (Digital Transformation) systems ex Autonomous Line Control – ex Panasonic NPM-DX 3, Smart Inspection, Predictive Maintenance, Digital Dashboard, Remote Monitoring.
- Development and maintenance of electrical automation equipment
- Technical collaboration and support with external EMS providers
