        Our client is Packaging Manufacturing Industries. They are looking for a potential candidate who can fulfill their requirement as following;

Benefit :

• Total Salary Package 30,000 - 40,000 THB/ month (negotiate depend on experience)

• Bonus

Qualifications:    

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering,Logistic & Supply Chain Management, or related field.

• At least 5+ years experience in Manager of production control and planning department.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects across various functional areas within an organization

• Good command in English communication.(Need to communicate with oversea team)

• Working experience in Manpower Planning & Budgeting required for production management.
• Knowledge and experience in Material Requirements Planning(MRP),concept, and calculation of appropriate inventory.
• Experience in preparing production for new products. (New Model)
• Knowledge of production efficiency and manufacturing cost control.

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the production planning and control team.
• Develop and implement effective production schedules to meet customer demands and optimize resources.
• Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
• Monitor and analyze production performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements.
• Prepare and manage manpower planning and budgeting for production operations.
• Lead planning activities for new product introductions (New Model).
• Ensure accurate Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Collaborate with overseas teams and provide regular updates in English.
• Support cost control initiatives and drive production efficiency improvements.
