Job Description

Position:            Production Manager 
Salary:                60,000 – 90,000 ( depend on Experience)
Location:             Rayong

Responsibilities:
•    Supporting Production Line (Vacuum) to achieve the target
•    Create, planning, and following up Kaizen improvement in all terms of targets.
•    Calculate manpower supply component optimal follow volume production
•    Control all process parameter (Man, Machine, Method)
•    Action for internal problem and each other section. 
•    Management for Productivity, Quality, Man and PDCA.
•    Keep data record and support document work according to working process and ISO 9001 requirement.
•    Other related tasks as assigned.

 

Qualifications:                                        
•    Bachelor's degree of Engineering in related fields.
•    Experience in Automotive Manufacturing in Management level over 5 years.
•    Kaizen in Quality 
•    Good communication 
•    Leadership
