- Participate in real estate projects, including market research, due diligence, contract negotiation, and closing support.

- Actively collaborate with other departments for Business Development and Asset Management needs.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Fluency in Japanese and English (business level).
- Experience in negotiation, teamwork, and real estate business development.
