Location: Bangkok (BTS accessible)
Job Responsibilities:
Lead the full implementation of our Financial Accounting and ERP application software (Financial modules).
Collect and analyze customer requirements to ensure the system meets their needs.
Build and configure the system according to specifications.
Conduct training sessions for customers to ensure they can effectively use the system.
Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate the system's functionality.
Provide ongoing support to customers post-implementation to resolve any issues and ensure smooth operation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in related fields.
Proven experience in implementing ERP Accounting or Manufacturing or Supply Chain modules software.
Service-minded with a strong customer focus.
Self-motivated and a fast learner.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work in an international environment and communicate effectively in English.
