A leading global company specializing in cooling technology and refrigeration solutions, is seeking an individual capable of leading an established team. Proficiency in Japanese is a key requirement for this role. The ideal candidate should possess business-level Japanese language skills, along with the ability to manage a team effectively and drive them towards achieving the company’s targets.

Position: Production& Purchasing Manager (Japanese Speaking)

Salary: 90,000 – 110,000 THB / month

Welfares: Bonus, Housing, Position, Transportation, and others                  

Location: Pluakdaeng, Rayong

Working Day:  Monday to Friday (Alternate Saturday)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee production operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

• Manage purchasing and procurement processes, including supplier negotiations and cost control.

• Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain and inventory management.

• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

• Coordinate with Japanese stakeholders and facilitate communication between teams.

• Lead and mentor teams to improve productivity and performance.

• Analyze financial reports and make data-driven decisions to enhance profitability.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.

• Extensive experience in production and purchasing management from manufacturing businesses in the following product groups: refrigerators, freezers, air conditioners, etc. 

• Excellent interpersonal skills and negotiation abilities, strong leadership, capable of effectively managing and supervising work with Thai people.

• Able to communicate in Japanese (JLPT N3 up).
