Job Description
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, logistic or related field.
- Have experience in trading company as sales, import and export for 5 years
- Good command in English (Speaking and Writing).
- Experience in import & export and Logistics knowledge.
- Supervise and lead a team of sales coordinators, import-export specialists, and logistics personnel.
- Understanding customer needs and providing appropriate solutions.
- Ensure all relevant parties are informed about sales activities, updates, and customer requirements.
- Oversee and ensure the timely processing of orders, shipments, and product deliveries.
- Manage all necessary documentation for import and export activities.
- Tracking shipments and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on import/export activities.
- Support the Sales Manager in developing strategies to increase sales in international markets.
