職務内容
■人材育成プロジェクトのデリバリー・プロジェクトマネジメント (研修・トレーニングがメイン)
■新規案件獲得後のスケジュールや研修内容マネジメント
・プロジェクト設計、プロジェクトマネジメント
・プロジェクトデリバリー、研修ファシリテーション(英語)
■社内活動やバックオフィス機能の一部サポート
応募要件
【必要条件】
■人材開発業務経験
■英語ビジネスレベル以上必須 (社内外のコミュニケーションで使用、社内公用語英語)
※人材長期育成のため、35歳以下の採用を想定

■海外経験、あるいは海外と接した経験
