OVERVIEW
The Company is seeking for an experienced candidate to join as 

Legal & Compliance Manager (workplace around BTS Promphong, Bangkok)

Position:           Legal & Compliance Manager 

Location:          BTS Promphong, Bangkok 

Business:          Auto Leasing 

Working hour: Monday – Friday, 8.30 AM – 17.30 PM

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle overall task for Legal & Compliance and manage team.

• Plan and propose compliance program, lead execution of compliance program and manage progress of the action plan.

• Lead project related to change of regulations or new law enforcement and provide adequate opinion as legal expert.

• Conduct gap analysis upon new changes and propose necessary adjustment on the business operation and internal policy changes from legal point of view.

• Establish or revise internal policies and regulations to enhance compliance with relevant laws.

• Manage Legal & Compliance risk, propose for solution as legal expert and provide legal advice.

• Monitoring business practice and transactions from legal and compliance, prevent non-compliance, corruption, and internal fraud with coordination with Internal Control Department, monitor team run workflow.

• Plan compliance training program and lead execution of the training program. Manage progress and report the result to the managements.

• Reviewing or creating legal documents, providing legal opinion on requested subjects, or any legal registration issues.

• Arrange and chair the meeting for Compliance Committee and report legal and compliance issues in the meeting. Participate in other Meeting and Committee to report legal & compliance issue or to provide legal opinion.

• Other tasks assigned by Manager.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• This position, total salary range around 90,000 – 120,000 THB 

• Experience over 16 years in Legal, Compliance 

• Experience to work in leasing, bank, finance business will be advantage. 

• Graduate in institution of education level, bachelor’s degree or higher in Laws.

• Able to work under pressure and different culture. 

• Ability to communicate in English with foreign boss.

• English level in professional level. 

• Ability to use English in reviewing legal document and consulting.

• Able to use computer literacy in MS Office, Excel

• Able to travel to work around BTS Promphong, Bangkok
