Job Description
仕事内容：
■品質保証のパフォーマンスをマネジメントへの報告
■顧客が求める品質を満たすための改善や品質維持
■プロジェクトチームを率いて生産コスト管理や改善を進めること
■業務プロセスや顧客への更なる改善の決定
■顧客からの問い合わせ対応
■不具合発生時の分析・調査・報告
■部下のマネジメント（約40名） ※実務はローカルスタッフが行うため、管理側を任せます。
応募資格：
【必要条件】
■5年以上の社会人経験
■製造業での品質管理業務経験
【歓迎条件】
■射出成形工場での勤務経験をお持ちの方
担当コンサルタントからのコメント: 安定した事業基盤、充実した研修制度のある会社での勤務です。また品質管理や射出成形の製造などの実務経験を重視します。※単年度契約で雇用継続が可能ですのでシニアの方も大歓迎です。
