大手日系不動産フランチャイズ店/ 営業兼管理カスタマーサポート
【営業】
■顧客対応
・顧客開拓および問い合わせ対応（電話・メール・対面）
・賃貸物件の案内・見学の実施
■テナント管理
・テナントからの要望や不具合時修理の手配対応
・定期的な物件点検とメンテナンスの調整
■財務管理
・請求書の経理への依頼（説明）と顧客への共有等
【管理カスタマーサポート】
■テナント顧客対応
・入居時同席と利用方法説明、退去時同席と利用方法説明
・入居済顧客との日本語でのメッセージ対応
■対オーナー（大家）へのレポート
・３ヶ月に一度のマーケットレポート作成（経済、不動産レポート）
・物件広告の作成および掲載（ウェブサイト、SNS、不動産ポータルサイト）等
■営業＆経理サポート
・営業不在時の一時接客、案内一時対応
・請求書や領収書の顧客への送付や共有（主に経理が担当）
応募資格：
■営業または接客業での接客経験者。
