Job Description

タイ人スタッフへの指示、指導並びに実務をご担当いただきます。

 

【具体的には】

●管理者としての業務

・部門の運営方針の立案、実施。部門員の指導統轄、考課、配置を行い、必要な業務の決定。

・上司への報告、他部との連絡調整。

 

●製品等の関連業務

・製品の設計業務に関する職務

・工程設計（製造・品質条件）の決定に関する職務

・客先仕様書の検討・確認及び保管に関する職務等

 

●設備等の関連業務

・工場及び製造ラインのレイアウトに関する職務

・設備投資の計画・実施・管理に関する職務

・設備・装置・治工具の仕様決定及び承認に関する職務等

 

応募資格：

■金属加工の切削加工（NC旋盤・マシニングセンタ等の工作機械）による試作・量産対応経験　工作機械操作・治具構想・検討・プログラム作成・原価・品質両面での生産立ち上げ実務経験

■タイ語能力：日常会話レベル以上

■英語能力：基礎会話レベル程度

■CAD/CAM,NC（FANUC）操作スキルあればなお可
