Job Description
仕事内容：
■製造、品質、生産管理などのオペレーション管理。
■新製造工程の監視と調整。
■資材、原材料の調達および在庫管理。
■新製造スタッフの指導、育成。
■生産ラインのトラブルシューティング。
■コスト管理および原価改善。
■安全衛生管理の徹底。
■業務報告書の作成と提出。
■他部門との連携および調整。
■日本本社、工場長へのレポート。
応募条件：
■メーカーで製造工程、生産管理、原価管理などの経験、知見がある方。
■部下のマネジメント経験がある方。
■繊維業界の経験があれば尚良い。
■人柄重視。
■英語もしくはタイ語でのコミュニケーションが取れる方。
